  Came for a small leg infection. Got accepted quick in emergency. Then saw a doctor who let me know what going to happen. They wanted to do a full sleep surgery. It’s absolutely crazy it’s just a wound clean up. They asked for 11 millions. It’s a shame so I left to an other hospital in Bali and got charge 1.1 M for the drainage and medication. I don’t recommend it’s actually dangerous to trust them.

  This is one of the biggest hospitals in Lombok but it seems like they don't pay enough attention to building maintenance. The toilets are in horrible condition - clogged toilet, toilets' seat are black, toilet flusher sometimes don't work, no tissues, even handsoap are filled with like 80% water and 20% actual soap. I think at this point you better renovate the toilets area in the first floor and give trainings to the cleaning staffs so they really prioritizing to keep the toilets' area clean. I think hygiene and cleanliness should be your top priority so your customers are more comfortable using the toilets, especially the ones located on the ground floor. The service in this hospital is pretty good as far as I know.

  The ladies registering you kept chatting and were in absolutely no hurry even though my face was bleeding and asked to see the emergencies... The doctor and resident that I met afterwards were really kind and helpful on the other hand. They also spoke very good English!

  Absolutely hopeless experience. I waited for 1.5 hours before approaching the desk and asking for my appointment. They said the doctor would be there 3 hours later. Basically no one speaks English and the different receptions will send you in different directions. Stay away
