I previously left a 5-star review because I genuinely believed the doctor knew what they were doing. Unfortunately, the results proved otherwise. After the Botox treatment, half of my face developed visible diagonal wrinkles. At the time, I had to leave urgently and couldn’t return immediately. When I finally came back for a consultation, instead of a proper examination or explanation, I was aggressively offered multiple procedures: various injections, cocktails, and massages that, in reality, would not address the issue. I was also advised treatments that were not explained responsibly. For example, a product that can be useful for some areas was suggested without mentioning that it is not suitable for everyone. Moreover, I was told NCTF injected deeply into the lips, which contradicts information from official medical sources and may carry serious risks. I left the consultation deeply disappointed and chose not to proceed with any treatment. Despite this, I was still charged for the

Before I had given them a 5 star but after going for many appointments I think they only deserve a 2. The staff is kind and installations are clean but they are disrespectful with your time. Last 3 appointments I went they had me waiting for 45 minutes while the doctor is with other patients. If I made an appointment and I am there on time the doctor shouldn’t be with others. They told me sorry its too busy but if is too busy then don’t accept more patients. Time is important and they shouldn’t waste patients time.

Cozy interior and great cleanliness. Very friendly service from reception staff and the doctor as well. I enjoyed my treatment visit here. Definitely going to be number one of the best beauty clinic in Lombok.
