  My Husband and I just moved to Lombok and we are using Miracle for years, from Bali, Batam, Jakarta, and now here. My therapist, Jelly or Jolly (sorry I forgot exactly) she is very nice, friendly, with her, the extraction doest feel anything, yet she got all out. BEST! My Husband's therapist also good, polite, friendly and she manage to "execute" the stubborn pimple that my hubby had for quite a while. Makes him so happy! Sorry he didn't catch her name, but you may track from the system right?! Not only that, all staff also fine. from security, reception, cashier, and doctor in-charge. Keep it up Miracle!

  I just left this place. I booked an appointment as I had an event coming up in two weeks and I had 2 massive pimples that popped up on my temple, which I needed taken care of. I went in and got told the consultation (if it can be called that) is 160K if I don't proceed with the treatment, which is fair as they are spending time with me. After the initial procedures with the nurse, doctor Dode came to see me, he had a 1 minute look at my face and escorted me to the room and told me the nurse will come with the price. He did not bother to explain what was getting done, what are the benefits and why I needed those procedures done, I don't know in what world this qualifies a "consultation". Less than 5 minutes later, the nurse came with the price list, I was shocked, but in the heat of the moment I agreed to the treatment written on the list, again without any explanation what they are. Thank god I changed my mind while the anaesthesia was setting and I asked to change the treatment to on
