  Unnecessary prolonged waiting time. I’ve been waiting for more than 45 minutes, and look at me sitting nicely waiting for my turn. It’s just upsetting to see they work very slowly and having chatting with their coworkers instead of getting the job done

  It will be nice if you include a reliable Phone Number. This will save me 3 hrs driving to learn the place don't perform certain service.

  I did PCR test in here and I think this place didn't disappoint. The staffs are professional and helpful, although it's a little bit pricey, or maybe because I wasn't member at Prodia too. Overall, I think Prodia is one of the best clinic in Mataram.
