  I was admitted to Ward 3B at Mataram City Hospital, and I had a very positive experience. I truly admire and appreciate all the healthcare workers for their dedication, professionalism, and compassion. They work tirelessly and always try to make patients feel safe and cared for. I would also like to recognize the non-medical staff, whose efforts are equally important. They keep everything clean, organized, and running smoothly, which really makes a difference during a hospital stay. Overall, the teamwork and genuine care shown by everyone in Ward 3B made my stay much more comfortable and reassuring. I’m very grateful for all the hard work and dedication from the entire team.

  Regional hospital, the nurses and doctors we met did speak English very well. We were helped very quickly and good. Friendly staff assisted with the registration and other stuff. There is a non-VIP and VIP part of the hospital. Foreigners are directed to the VIP part with airco and comfortable waiting room.

  It takes a long time to upgrade the room into VIP class
