    Horrible – terrible experience. Don’t waste your time, go directly to Siloam Hospital instead. I came in the morning and was told to come back at 2:30 pm because no doctors were available. When I returned, I waited another 1.5 hours just for a 5-minute talk with the doctor that gave me no solution at all. The doctor even recommended an HIV test, which had nothing to do with my diarrhoea symptoms. On top of that, if you need any blood tests or examinations, it takes 5+ days to do — while in other hospitals you can get everything done on the same day. ( if you in serious condition just please wait 5 days !! ) I paid Rp 330,000 for this waiting’s and “advice” and will never go back. Better to choose a different hospital – or honestly, even to suffer at home – than waste your time here

    Got my hemorroid surgery here, surely a very painful experience, yet, the nurses helped a lot with the very gentle gestures as well. The surgeon also communicative regarding my situation. For the class 1 room classification, this hospital just the best.

    They did not have rabies vaccination today. Receptionist was really nice. Unfortunately redirected me into a hospital that didn't have it either. Eventually found the vaccin in Siloam hospitals.

    this hospital located in strategic location, but the parking area is limited. the hospital accept ASKES or BPJS insurance for inpatient. lots of food stall around. some of them open till midnight. yes midnight.
