  Amazing Hospital. High international Standart Our son had a surgery and we were really satisfied as we had better treatment than Europe or western contries All the Doctors could speak good English what made the communication very easy The hospital was high in higyene being very clean The rooms are big and clean with high tech equipment Very recommended !!! Big thanks for all the nurses and doctors for all the great care and attention May God the almighty bless you all and in double give back all the goodness you all have given us I would say that RS Unram is one of the best in Lombok even better than Bali hospitals Special thanks to Doctor Akhada Maulana For the great and carefull treatment RS Unram is the best option for expats and foreigners living in Lombok I would give it a 6 star ⭐ for it

  The worst hospital in my experience. My parent got stroke and they neglect it for almost 8 hours. The doctors only said "just pray", and they just watch him gasping for air, the staff dont know what to do, and when I asked them to call the doctors they just said "maybe she is busy". When a doctor in shift the only priority is to save lives. If you have option for hospital dont choose this hospital. I'm as a doctor watching other doctor just neglect my parents for almos 12 hours just saddening. This is the worst place to get hospitalized.
