    I went to Siloam Hospital in Mataram because of my nose and I am very grateful for the excellent treatment I received. From the very beginning, I felt very well taken care of. I was personally accompanied to the emergency room, which immediately made me feel safe and comfortable. The hospital is very modern and everything was exceptionally clean. The doctors and nurses were incredibly kind, professional, and attentive. I was also impressed by the medical technology — especially the CT scanner and the overall modern equipment. Even though it was already evening, everything for my surgery was arranged very quickly. I did not expect the whole process to be so smooth and efficient. The refund process was also fast and completely uncomplicated. Thank you to the entire team for the outstanding care and support! ❤️

    We had a very good experience at Siloam Hospital Mataram. The staff, nurses, doctors, and assistants were all extremely professional, caring, and helpful. The medical care was very fast, and there was almost no waiting time at the emergency department. We spent one night at the hospital, and everything went smoothly from beginning to end. All the staff spoke English very well, so there were no communication problems at all. The hospital also worked directly with our insurance company to organize and manage all the medical expenses, which made the whole process much easier and stress-free for us.     We had to come here for my husband as he had not been well, it’s always worrying having to find a hospital in another country but from the start the process was so smooth and seamless. I just sent a whatsapp describing his symptoms and an AI assistant created the exact appointment we needed with the correct clinician the next day (of course if you have an emergency you just turn up). The hospital was clean and welcoming and the whole process from arrival to being seen and getting medicine was super efficient. The staff were so friendly and all spoke great English, we can’t thank them enough for helping us and would definitely use their services again if we needed it!
