    This is a developing private hospital in Medan, focusing on the hospital's extensive facility expansion, including good medical management and high accountability control of the hospital. It has become popular recently for its success stories of large-scale recovery of COVID-19 patients. Recently it has grown into 5 buildings, 4 of which are interconnected. Once, in early March 2023, my calf tendon was partially ruptured due to an accidental injury. I was admitted to the hospital for surgery, which preserved the normal function of my calf. During my hospitalization, I stayed in the VIP room and personally experienced the good service, courtesy and affability of the hospital's medical staff and other department staff. Thank you doctor.     Crowded most of the time. Parking is next to impossible to find. BPJS is accepted here. It used to be one of the best in town. But now... They'll ask for your ID Card and they'll return it when all payments are done. dr. Dina Lyfia, Sp.A's our favorite. If not because of her, we wouldn't come here, at all. And BTW last time I got here with my kids, they asked for Rp. 350.000 deposit prior to any examination. Bureaucracy here is a mess, parking is hell. What kind of place is this? They call it hospital?

    They give the best medication to all patients. They explain to patients what drugs they inject or give according to the doctor's direction. They also answered patient questions very well. They take care of patients as they take care of their own families. But my advice, for the cleanliness of the bathroom, please improve it even more. If there is a toilet that needs to be repaired, please give a budget to fix it. For the rest, the service of this hospital is very good.
