    Can't recommend this hospital enough following my recent outpatient visit. Located near Lippo Plaza mall, in the heart of the business district, this modern and attractive hospital provides first class service with affordable prices. Being a non Indonesian speaker I encountered no problems with communicating with the staff: from registration (which was quick), to attending the GP section (where I interacted with the staff nurse) to my consultation with lovely and professional Dr Agnes, everything was seamless and efficient. From start to finish—including receiving my much needed medication, I was relieved and impressed with how quick the whole process was. Everyone I interacted with was polite, helpful and friendly. And the final bill was surprisingly low! If you end up needing the services of a hospital while in Medan you can't go wrong here:-)

    Outstanding experience at Columbia Asia Hospital Medan. We arrived at the ER in panic as my wife had acute diarrhea, but the team handled everything quickly, precisely, and professionally. The transition from ER to inpatient care was smooth. She was admitted to the 7th floor, room 714. The nurses were attentive, responsive, and genuinely caring making us feel comfortable and well taken care of. Truly not just treatment, but compassion. Highly appreciated to the entire team and management.

Outstanding, I’d like to thank nurses Dika , Ros Eva , Hani and the Doctors that treated me doctor Bam Bang Very funny man doctor Izhard Who loves his rock bands.
