  Went to the hospital for awake operation surgery, and staff are friendly, especially reensuring me during operation. The only recommended suggestion for improvement is a renovation in the bathroom (1st floor).

  Absolutely not. My grandfather whose been having trouble with his lungs was recently admitted to this hospital. Cleanliness and facilities are okay, however the nurses do not know proper care and act rude and ignorant around him, so much so to the point where he himself begged to go back home risking his critical condition over comfort around the nurses. Prices are considerably expensive considering the state of the hospital as well. Would not recommend for hospitalization, there are definitely significantly better hospitals in medan.

  There have been improvements in services and facilities compared to previous years. Nurses are more friendly and responsive and doctors are more communicative. Bravo

  Don't risk your life here looks elsewhere there are many better hospital in Medan. Not professional whatsoever
