  Today is actually my 1st experience applying my KIS facility, but I have a very bad 1st experience with the Doctor's service, named dr. Winda, explained patient's question rudely as if I was a beggar, this is the worst Doctor I have ever met through my life

  I got a bad service from a doctor, i asked for a letter for 2 days but she answered “saya cuma bisa kasih 1 hari, kok ngatur ngatur saya?” actually I want to write her name, but I don’t. It can be affected with her carrier as a doctor. I feel ashamed for her.

  terrible scheduling. scheduled an appointment for 5pm session, arrived there on time but was pushed back to 6pm with no announcement beforehand. after waiting for >1 hour, got pushed back again for 30minutes.
