  Very grateful and really satisfied with the service at RS Murni Teguh Memorial Hospital. My father recently underwent a heart stent procedure handled by Dr. Andrico Lumbantobing. Our family was honestly quite worried at first because of his age and since he already had 4 previous stents, but thankfully everything went smoothly and the procedure was successful. Dr. Andrico was very professional, calm, and informative throughout the process, which really helped reassure our family. The nurses and hospital staff were also friendly, quick to help, and attentive during the treatment. Thank you to Dr. Andrico and the whole team at RS Murni Teguh for the great care and service.

  Very bad system on updating patient’s family on the doctor schedule. In charged nurses don’t even know when the specialist doctor which as been appointed come to visit before confirming the consultation for the surgery.
