  To be honest I don't want to give this hospital one star review, but zero star review. My relative once received treatment at this hospital and was disappointed with the medical services. The nurses were very unethical and even expressed intentions to kill the patient. It's absurd that such words would come from a nurse. Also, the doctor in charge did not properly diagnose the illness. Because of that, my relative left the hospital and the hospital did not allow to give then their medical history. After leaving the hospital, their body became swollen and they had difficulty breathing. So they were admitted to another hospital on her own expense. The problems at this hospital seem to be ongoing based on the reviews. Please reconsider if the hospital want to be a good reputation in Murni Teguh Hospital group.

  l m from Singapore, I went to Indonesia exactly in Medan city because I was visiting a Curch, but I suddenly became ill and was rushed to the Hospital, pure Rs. Murni Teguh Methodist Susanna Wesley and then I was advised to hospitalised because my illness was seriously. I was treated in the Susanna room three, Here I received extraordinary service, where the nurses were responsive, Patient, care , friendly and very helpful during my hospitalisation as were the Doctors.
