If you’re using insurance, pack a lunch and a sleeping bag. I spent an hour watching the cashier phone the insurance company for a callback on every single item like it was 1995. Every other hospital uses this amazing new invention called a computer to check coverage instantly. Avoid this place unless you have a day to lose

Mom and kids hospital. My daughter was born here. Crowded most of the time. Parking is a nightmare. Children playground's dirty. The doctors are okay. dr. King's my favourite. Cheaper than C*l*mb*aAsia.

I've been a patient here for a long time, starting with my first child and even giving birth here. The nurses are good and friendly. When I'm admitted, the service is good and the doctors are good, but the receptionists are lacking in friendliness maybe she tired and don't look us in the eye when they talk. That's a minus. Hopefully, the service standard operating procedure will be improved.

Absolute ripoff, randomly prescribed some Hormonal medication and vitamins which was not necessary at all. Came back to Uk spoke to NHS doctors, they’re shocked seeing all those tablets and steroids they prescribed. Avoid it if you’re not having insurance.
