  My child was having accidents. Bringing him there, there's nothing the medical team could do. Even, the basic treatment for wounds. However, the Doctor was kind. He didn't even want to charge the doctor fee because the hospital couldn't provide cashless transaction through healthcare. However, the staffs in Emergency and the cashier charged IDR 417.000 for applying Betadine only. Not only that, they even delayed all the administrative progress. I finally paid IDR 450.000 and Left there in hurry as I was concerned about my child. This is unprofessional and not humanitarian.

  Nice new Hospital, with new medical equipment, the done many medical procedures too, sevices was great, as i went for small surgery and actually visit the surgery room, that i felt like what i saw in nice hospital in the movie. Overall a good experience. the location also very practical , it just beside the main road opposite the main entrance of Cemara Asri, which is great plus for convenient.

  The Hospital is cleaned and the services are good.. .. Been consulting with the OBGYN dr Cherry since last year... And the feedback and solutions that I got from the doctor is 👍👍👍 Whenever if my family members are not feeling well, we will directly look for their GPs 😊
