  The hospital provides good services especially the doctor and the nurse, they provide good service. Unfortunately, when i was waiting at pharmacy, they priority people who is not in the list (maybe the urgency one) and also my name which was in the list was gone somehow and i ask about it, they didnt give any explanation about it. Which is very sad and also cant use online payment for the park fee

  I am deeply disappointed with the quality of care provided by Hospital Mitra Sejati. My father received inadequate treatment throughout his stay, which ultimately contributed to his passing. Despite our repeated concerns and requests for better care, the response was consistently unsatisfactory. The lack of attention and proper medical intervention was distressing and unacceptable. I hope this feedback serves as a constructive critique to improve the quality of care for future patients.

  This isn't good hospital with lack of services and also really unfriendly with us, as patient. Two words: Very Slow
