  Brought my mom here for her cataract surgery. When I arrived, I was shocked to see there was a lot of patient are on Q-ing. Since we arrived later than appointment time, we had to wait for bit while to let them re called the number. Started from register to consultation time, there was so many process that my mom has to go thru. It was took a long time from 1 checking to another one. However, I was impressed to see how passionate the staffs here and professional handling all questions from patients. They also has lunch change shift in few checking corner to keep the flow going, which I think it is something I have to compliment of. We arrived by 9am and finished around 6pm. Instead of being impatient, me and my mom want to compliment the staffs here for how they handling and keep working to finish the flow patiently.   My mom waiting 3 hours already without any certainty when the doctor will ready for her. Dun understand how the queqe system going.

  You can use your clinic referral of BPJS Kesehatan and Inhealth to get health facility here. They have good facilities for your eye.
