    I consider they have Good service. The building also has a classic architectural ambience. Talking about the service, it's good enough. They also serve BPJS (insurance) patient.

    The best things that make me proud of Santa Elizabeth Medan is how the service is so good,,, especially when it comes to the menu ,they had porcelains equipment which is clean and that make people's whose is sick more relief...because to get relief needs calamity and clean...I love this hospital..they had best discipline and tidy.....👍👍👍

    I got sick while on holiday and the Santa Elisabeth hospital was recommended to me. They quickly had me admitted and started tests to see what was wrong. They started treatment and I was quickly feeling better. The nurses and doctors are friendly and professional. They listen to what you have to say, and explain everything to you. They have all of the modern medical equipment needed to treat you. We had a nice room with private bathroom and refrigerator. There was a couch for my wife to sleep on. One of the admin team, Lesmi, even drove my wife around pharmacies in Medan to find one of my regular medications I had run out of. I highly recommend the Santa Elisabeth Hospital.

    One of the oldest hospital in medan with old architecture but the building is well managed 😊.. The service is good..we also can used BPJS 👍 the doctor is helpful especially dr Eddy jefferson ritonga ( orthopedy specialist) and last but not least the price is afforable compared with other hospital in medan. Good Job 😁🙏
