    One of the best children hospital in Medan. The environment is ecogreen and playful. It has a little garden for the kids playing in. The doctors are kind and helpful. The staff are also nice and helpful. Facilities are complete enough for the patients. Hot water is provided in the morning and afternoon. However, this hospital doesn't provide BPJS, only private insurance. Overall, this is a recommended hospital for children.

    actually all the services were good, the doctor was good, the staff was good (appreciate for the cashier service) all nurses during the hospitalization was good, but there's this 1 nurse provided an unpleasant birthing experience during delivery. My wife intended to have a normal birth, coincidentally on the same day & time my wife was not the only one who wanted to give birth, and this nurse seemed to rush my wife, my wife was struggling because the nurse guided a difficult birth position and she was very pushy. what's so hard about being friendly and taking it slow?! this our first birth, even thou when the doctor arrived she was still friendly and gave the freedom of birth position so that my wife could give birth immediately. If the advice could've been earlier, maybe our baby wouldnt have experienced asfiksia and had to be in NICU, eventhou our bby is showing healthy now, im only worried about the long-term impact on my bby. for this nurse, pls be nice to a mom who want to give a

    Good Hospital friendly staff and Drs.They know what they are doing which is comforting to any tourists who may have the unfortunate need of a hospital when in Medan. The place is also very clean 👍👍👍
