  Well this is a good farmacy with the Doctor incharge for 24hrs, great service given by all the staff and so attentive.. Price for medicine maybe is so so...its located closed to KFC nusa dua...just right in the cross road on the by pass nusa dua road..5 minutes from ITDC Area...so maybe u're in emergency condition this can be one of ur choice..

  Quick service. Staff are very responsive and help too. The doctor are very friendly and comunicate well. But the medicine a bit pricey.

  I am not from Indonesia i am from Holland but i have BPJS i live here. First you change the chairs into benches withoput backrest, for elder people is not nice or people that is sick. Not very comfortable at all also for normal people. Then i come there in time get an number i have to wait more then 1 hour, is not okay. I came weeks ago with heavy cough. The first time i get medicine not helping at all, the second time i came again i get new medicine also not any effect and the third time i came again also not helping so yeah....I thought there are professional doctors....ITS too bureacratically arranged. AND THEN YOU RENOVATE ALL KIMIA FARMA BUILDINGS INSIDE I AM AN PROFESSIONAL PAINTER IN MY COUNTRY AT THAT THAT TIME BUT FOR PUBLIC AREAS THEY HAVE TO USE PAINT THAT YOU EASLY CLEANING, THEY USE WRONG PAINT.

  I just went to the apotek before midnight, there was 2 gentleman working on that time . I was asking for the canker sore medicine. And he immediately offered me the vitamin C which quite high price and I was able to find out by my self that there was a discount for the other vitamin C which also good. After the payment he did not even give me the receipt and doesn’t explain anything about the canker sore medicine which again I need to find out by my self
