    I called a doctor twice from omsa, one for my bali belly and one for my sister's flu. We both got IV therapy and got better very quickly, we can continue our vacation the next day. The doctors and nurse were super friendly and professional. Definitely the best clinic in Bali!

    It's return open 24 hours. But when I came @ 8 PM. the receptionist said please comeback after 1 hour. Suggestion for clinic. Better write certain break time hours. More professional for services

    I would like to thank you for the services that Dr. Nova and his nurse have just provided for our daughter Sara at the Royal Tulip Jimbaran Hotel. They arrived very quickly after we called them through the hotel reception. Doctors treatment was at the highest level, he gave a detailed explanation of every step he was going to do and he also explained to us in detail what are the problems he has identified and what will be the cure with the medicines he is giving to our daughter. I wish we had such great and smiling doctors in our country. 🙏

    I have a fever + stomach ache + weakness + dizziness. It has been 2 days without major improvement after taking Panadol. Finally, on the morning of the third day at 1 AM, I forced myself to go to the doctor after taking Panadol, hoping to feel better. When I got there, the doctor seemed like he had just woken up, just turned on the room lights. He did a very quick and superficial examination, everything including issuing the medicine only lasted for less than 5 min, and I was already weak just wanting to request a one-day sick leave because I couldn't force myself to work after forcing to work for 2 days back, I told him I had just taken Panadol, so maybe the fever had decreased a little. He said the examination indicators did not meet the criteria and there were also no indications of dengue fever, so sick leave certificate can’t be issued. why not examine properly at the first place?!!!?The examination felt like it was just based on his half-awake instinct.
