    So far, the place is good- with comfortable, clean and good environment.. most of the staffs, nurses and doctors also behaved so polite and well, making us feel welcomed however in my visit today, one of the CS admin? or staff who was at the front was being a bit rude- i was about to say my name and data (for administration) and had other patient cuts my conversation- i quietly let her step in because she was with a kid, but the staff didn’t tell me to sit first to wait or anything.. and after it is my chance, the staff was serving me impolitely (without smiling, without eye contact) and when i said thank you- she didn’t say anything back- until i say it twice.. please pay attention on how you converse with your customers / patients as it means a lot.. (the staff’s name is Vera)

    No wonder why this Clinic has good review. Their service is out standing, I got texted on WhatsApp form one of their nurse, she’s followed up my condition and give me some adivice to keep maintain my recovery progress. If you are foreigners, don’t worry because staff & doctor speak good english.

    An awesome clinic. Very friendly and professional nurses and doctors. It's very clean which is quite rare in Bali. They speak good english, so it's easy to communicate. They are very well equipped and perform minor surgeries as well. My wife got her toenail removed, and they did an awesome job. She had no pain at all. Very affordable priced, no dual pricing for foreigners. Such an awesome place, highly recommended!

    I went there because my son had fever and throat problem.. the service all excellent, start with the front desk officer.. very informative and friendly, the nurse also helpful.. and the doctor very gentle in handling my son's observation and medical check, the doctor gave good medicine.. which really helps my son to recover quickly. Thank you for helping my son to get better 🙏
