I recently received medical care at Surya Husadha Nusa Dua Hospital, and I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the excellent service provided. Dr. Deni and his team were very helpful, accommodating, and professional throughout my visit. The service and assistance from the nurses were truly outstanding. I would especially like to recognize the night shift nurses on 6 April, Deni and Gusti (male and female, if I recall correctly), who were attentive and supportive. The day shift nurse, Anggun, and her team were also very helpful and provided swift assistance whenever needed. Overall, I truly enjoyed the service and felt well cared for during my time at the hospital. Thank you to the entire team for your dedication and professionalism.

1 star is too generous for this hospital, if there’s -10 stars I would rate them -10 stars. 16/06/26 at around 00.00 I came to ER after being sick for almost 3 weeks, fever, repetitive headache, weakness, flu, even after got some medicine a week prior with the specialist at the hospital itself but it didn’t get any better. The doctor seemed to be careless, just did a general check without taking any further possible treatment saying that all the “check ups” results are just fine, told me to just come back tomorrow to be treated by specialist doctor, sent me back home with same medicine which I didn’t take because I feel it’s useless to purchase same medicine that didn’t work for me. I went right away to another ER at Kasih Ibu hospital that night and they immediately did a blood test and admitted me, blood test came and turns out I am positive for typhoid fever. Mind you no one will ever bother to come to ER at midnight if they feel just fine. If you feel sick and need treatment, don’t

Pro: Dr. Agus Setiabudi are super-friendly, easy going, which what essentially the patients need so that we feel comforted. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Went for a CITO surgery and everything goes smooth, wonderful OR team of doctor and nurse. Nurse Desri from IP 2nd floor also very helpful, took some patience and time to elaborate the explanation, highly appreciete it. Con: Administration process took very long time to progress, they are doing the best they can to accomodate, but only two desk for outpatient and one for inpatient, it is outrageous, the queue are remarkable because of this, perhaps the weakest segment here.

Please teach the parking attendant basic manners, or at least how to speak politely to visitors instead of acting aggressively. Last night, I came to visit a friend. There was a man standing in the parking area wearing casual clothes, and I later realized he was the parking attendant. When I arrived, it was quite difficult to find a parking space because there were many vehicles, yet he did not help or guide me at all. When I was about to leave, I had already paid the parking fee before going back to my motorcycle. I needed a moment to put on my jacket, helmet, and mask. Suddenly, as I was about to exit, he came to me again and rudely asked for the parking payment. I told him that I had already paid, but he seemed to forget. Please, at the very least, provide proper uniforms for the parking staff so visitors can clearly recognize them. There is also no parking gate system like in other hospitals, and no parking ticket is given as proof of payment. If a gate system is not available,
