  I had a really bad experience with this clinic. They are completely unresponsive and unhelpful. I've tried contacting them through email and chat, but they never respond. They don't even have a WhatsApp support line. When I asked my husband to go in person to deliver a message with a list of necessary tests, they promised to respond by email but never did. Additionally, their app is terrible - I couldn't even register because it kept freezing on the second registration page. I'm not sure if they are competent to take tests, since they can't even answer basic questions to help orient their clients.
