  I hit my surfboard with my head and my lip needed stitches. The staff was very friendly. The doctor did a professional job. They gave me antibiotic pills and an antibacterial creme for my wounds.

  Small clinic. Feels a bit dirty. Toilet looks horrible. If you come in opening hours, a doctor will be there in around 30 min, so that is okay. I was here for a blocked ear, got antibiotics and anti inflamation medics, was okay for 400k all in all. Medicine worked. Got told to come back after 3 days for recheck. Talked 3 minutes, was told to continue medication. Had to pay 250k for the 3 min talk. Grossly overpriced. A local would have paid maybe 10% of that for sure. That's why only 2 stars. If you have a porblem and need medication, you can come here, it is okay. The doctor seemed competent. But don't come for "after consultation", if your problem gets better with medics. You get ripped off.

  Visited for ear infection. Very friendly and professional staff. Spoke very good english. No waiting or appointment required. Asked all the right medical history questions, checked temp and blood pressure. Medication was provided by on-site pharmacy. Cost was very reasonable at 450000irp including meds. Good medical report provided for my records back home. Couldn't fault the service, better than expected and probably better than I would have got at home in New Zealand. Money machine out front. I think cash was only option for payment. Service I got was significantly better than current Google rating.

  Very professional staff, good doctor. All staff spoke English. My toenail infection was treated very quickly and I received my dose of antibiotics from the in-house pharmacy. The total itemized bill was 8000000 IDR.
