  First of all, the roads in Nusa Penida are in really bad condition — narrow, uneven, and full of potholes. We were on our way to the famous Kelingking Beach when we had a motorbike accident. This clinic was the closest one nearby, and honestly, we were so lucky to find it. The doctor was incredibly kind and helpful. He carefully cleaned all of our wounds, bandaged us up properly, gave us the necessary medication, and clearly explained what we should and shouldn’t do while recovering. We felt well taken care of. If you’re ever in the area and need medical help, I definitely recommend this place. The doctor knows what he’s doing. And a little advice from us: avoid riding a motorbike in heavy rain. You really can’t see the potholes on those roads, and it can get dangerous fast. Stay safe ✌️

  Great experience at this clinic. Kadek spoke good English, explained everything clearly, and was very informative throughout. The price was affordable and good value, especially considering the aftercare supplies that were provided. The aftercare was also excellent w/ Kadek being available to answer any questions by Whatsapp and encourages you to provide updates on your wound/injury. I would highly recommend this clinic if you’re in Penida.

He cleaned and treated our wounds very carefully and professionally, provided clear aftercare instructions, and made sure we understood every step of the recovery process. During the wound cleaning, he was calm, reassuring, and supportive, which made a difficult experience much more comfortable.
