  This was my first and last visit to the emergency room and I was treated by a doctor, but he said there were no indications. Even though everything was normal, the doctor was not skilled in his field and did not know about acute GERD. He only examined me, gave me medication, and went home. That's good.

  Walk-in visit for fever, cough and headache. The receptionist directed me to the A&E section, where the triaging doctor ordered a blood test, and the results came out in 15 minutes. Everything was done seamlessly, from registration to prescription. Dr Shylvia was exceptional, thank you!

  Hermina Hospital has good service and friendly staff. The place is clean and comfortable. A special thank you to Nurse Theresia eldest, she was incredibly patient and attentive, especially when communicating with my husband with care.
