  The best hospital in Palangkaraya, with excellent services and adequate facilities. The hospital is comfortable, and the parking area is well-organized and available. The clinic rooms, examination areas, and hallways are clean. The administrative staff and healthcare personnel are very competent and professional.

  My wife and I had a pleasant visit. Dr. Jeannette Siagian is very informative and willing to listen to the patient's condition well. The medical support staff is quite friendly, and the physiotherapist is also very helpful when the wife is being nebulized. What still needs to be improved is the absence of an explanation of the patient's movement path, so that outpatients find it quite difficult to follow the patient's movement path. In addition, the co-administration staff model is also less effective, because at certain times there is only 1 front office staff with quite a lot of patient queues.

  Visited here for MCU was so fun. All the staffs, nurses, and doctors was so friendly and helpful. The food was tasty. Definitely recommended for doing a medical check up 👍
