  first of all, this hospital is near my house, thats why i choosed. today is not my first experience come to the hospital, but honestly service and attitude from staff, doctors UGD RS PUSRI consistently BAD AT ALL since i was there before. i swear! 😇 what’s wrong with BPJS?! i pay for that service every month. my daughter not feeling well since 1.20am last nite, and i know just check at clinic is not enough. so thats why i choose hospital to make sure everything is fine. u know what i get from there? no smile, no greetings, just eye contact and staff play phonecell without any questions. the doctor was check after many questions “dari faskes mana?!”, “dari kapan? sudah ini blablabla” my daughter was vomited several times throughout the night! and temperature was 38 - 39 degrees (1.20am - 12.10am) the doctor just said she’s still fine? wth! i ask her to observe first and you know what she is said? “BISA, TAPI BAYAR UMUM.
