  Just came to look around in the lobby, OPD area. This hospital need a brighter lamps and cooler temperature. It will make the area more bright and cozy.

  Dr. Andry, Sp.N, was great, very informative, detailed, and caring. The nurses were also friendly and quick to respond. However, during the sonogram prep, we were told to hold pee, but the radiologist arrived late. The patient had already gone to the bathroom and then asked to drink a large amount of water quickly, which caused nausea and discomfort. What bothered us most was that no one apologized, as if it was normal. A simple heads-up would’ve helped. We would’ve understood if there was an emergency. Just imagine being told to hold your pee without knowing how long you’ll have to wait. Also, for physiotherapy, we were told it’s first come, first served, and that we couldn’t make an appointment. I don’t understand why there’s no reservation system, especially for self-pay patients. Each session takes at least 30 minutes, not everyone has hours to wait around
