  Overall service: 9/10. I was admitted here using BPJS, and overall I had a good experience. Just a few minor suggestions for improvement: The admission process took quite a long time. It took around 1–2 hours before I was assigned a room. The meal schedule could be improved. Breakfast was served at around 8:00 AM, which felt a bit too late from a patient's perspective. Some of the nurses were not as friendly as expected. There seemed to be a slight communication gap that made patients and families feel hesitant to approach them, which could affect the overall patient experience. On the other hand, several nurses provided exceptional care and were very friendly. A big thumbs up to Nurse Aura, Nurse Juniar, Nurse Nafa, and the friendly nurses in the operating room. Overall, I can say this hospital is worth choosing. Despite hearing about a previous case that initially made me hesitate, my personal experience was positive, and I believe they provided good care.

  Siloam hospital is a large hospital spread in major cities throughout Indonesia. But for Siloam Bangka, there must be many things that need to be improved in terms of customer service, infrastructure, cleanliness and integrated service systems. Waiting time is long and inefficient. For instance a booking application must be connected to the doctor for appointments. patients actually have to wait a long time to see the doctor for consult session. Really messed.

  Friendly and helpful staffs, especially in the Emergency Department. Even though the laboratory or radiology examination takes time, the staff always inform me about my treatment process. Thank you Siloam Bangka, will come back here for sure 😊

  very slow process at casheer even just for pay medicines bill, have to tell them first why the queee number is missed. if someone in the bad condition have to wait so long time just for payment its so worthless.. very poor services
