  First, I want to send my apology to give a lowest rate for this hospital. Rarely am I giving this kinda score to the place that I visited. I got very inconvenience treatment during my medical treatment here. The doctor said I have to do medical treatment as after get check up at 4 PM in the poly and he said I would be treated at 9 or 10 PM after going to the poly at 4 PM. Then I stayed there and got infused directly at the time. However, the doctor postponed my treatment until tomorrow morning and he said that cancellation at 1 AM. I have stressed at the moment and I didn't get a room to stay since the room was so full of the patients. Then I chose to stay in the corridor since I don't want to stay at the operation room for loong time. It will make me more stressed and depressed. I thought It's better if the doctor said it earlier so I can stay at home and back to the hospital in the morning to do the curettage. Hope the management could do better to this hospital. Thankyou

  My brother-in-law's newborn baby needed to be referred to another hospital because the equipment available in the incubator was inadequate. I waited 1 hour to get information for it. Apparently waiting for a response from BPJS to be able to move the baby. The conditions are very worrying without getting clear information.
