the nearest hospital from home, the level of service to be better

you can see it pretty much clean from the outside, but if you see closely to the floor and the bathroom, ew they don't clean 'em up properly. First floor is for the 3rd class, 2nd floor for 2nd , 1st, and VIP class, unfortunately there's no lift or escalators to help you. Doesn't make sense also, it's more quiet at the 1st floor than the 2nd floor. been there 2 days at 2nd Class (Lavender room) and cannot sleep. too much noise, a lot babies crying. It's annoying
