  ⭐️ (If possible, I’d give –100 stars) This review is not meant for every staff member in RS Budi Rahayu — I truly appreciate the nurses and other doctors who were kind and tried their best. But this is directed to the lung specialist who refused to help my mother when she was fighting for her life. The hospital had an ICU room and a ventilator available, but she said they couldn’t take my mother because there was no oncologist. I explained many times that we didn’t need an oncologist — we only needed a ventilator to keep her breathing while she fought. Still, she refused. Because of that decision, my mother’s oxygen dropped for hours before we found another hospital willing to help. By then, it was too late. To that doctor — you had the chance to give someone hope, and you chose to turn away. To the hospital — please don’t let bureaucracy or fear stand above compassion again.
