  June 29 2025 This was actually my very first visit. I wanted to give a higher rating because most of the staff were professional and kind—especially the pharmacist, who was incredibly helpful and patient. Her attitude really stood out in a positive way and made a big difference during my visit. However, my overall experience was brought down by the front desk service. The staff at desk number 8 was noticeably rude and unhelpful, which left a really bad first impression and honestly ruined my mood. She asked questions with salty tone, and really look down on me and my wife. It's not like we're on BPJS or something, and we only wanted to see the doctor. We already make an online appoinment which by fact, will make your job easier. But seems to me, you're not doing one. It’s unfortunate because in a healthcare setting, kindness and clear communication are just as important as medical care. I hope the hospital takes this seriously and provides better training for front desk staff, espe

  MCU experience is always pleasant in Eka PKU. Super quick and the nurses are all friendly. The rooms are super clean as well <3 I’ve been coming here for 4 years and it’s nice to see familiar faces again every year!

  Thanks Eka Hospital for providing health service in Pekanbaru. Saturday is always crowded, long queue; but Eka has a good queue system. Again, thanks for the doctors, paramedics, other hospital crew and also a well-managed hospital system. And also, the praying room (mushola) is comfortable, air-conditioned and spacious enough.

  You really need to improve the quality of your service. It took me 5 hours just for registration until picking up medicine at the pharmacy. And yet, I was the only patient at the clinic and had already made a reservation the day before. Your administrative service is truly inefficient.
