  During a four day stay at RS Hermina Pekanbaru for one of my family members, we received truly satisfying care. We regularly come to this hospital for health related needs, and this experience again confirmed the consistency of their excellent service. The doctors, nurses, VIP staff, and all hospital personnel involved were professional, attentive, and compassionate. both during inpatient care and throughout medical procedures. Huge thanks to dr. Richard, dr. Fauzi, and dr. Kurniaji, as well as the wonderful nursing team: Tia, Yulia, Sandra, Nandung, and Novia. Your dedication and kindness meant a lot to our family. May good things always come to you all.

  Security not very welcome and with bad attitude. Zero gender equality, so please mom if you want to get welcomed here, bring your man because they not very mindful with women

  I accompanied my mother to therapy at this hospital. For hospital services. 1. The security guard welcomes you in a friendly manner. 2. For administration, the service is very slow, apart from that the queue numbers are not sequential and messy. 3. The therapy nurse (Kak Friska) is very kind, patient and friendly in doing therapy. 4. During consultations, nurses are very slow in administrative services and busy gossiping at the table with other nurses, communication between units is messy so there is often miscommunication and makes patients wait too long. 5. Best hospital cleaning. Hopefully the performance can be further improved. Thank You.
