    Great and excellent service especially in Emergency Care, they handle me with care and give me a calm information about my medical condition. This hospital remember my birthday and sent me a present. Improvement : 1. Awal Bross need a larger room for emergency because u have a lot off patient waiting in line 2. Room for inpatient need add new one because Awal Bross have a lot patient waiting in line for inpatient treatment

    I have been received with a cheerful smile n paid attention till I get treatment n medicine n till I leave hospital. I got very good treatment by Dr here, my knee is improving, iam very happy n greatly satisfied by RS. awal Bro, faculty especially ummi always received n responded to my msg wit no time, feeling very happy for the hospitality, thank you❤

    They say that it’s the best hospital in town, but honestly the service here is so incredibly slow. And the doctor was late to the appointment; when I asked the nurses about it they said that the doctor hasn’t even arrived yet and that I should wait. Truly the flow, the punctuality, and the speed of the patient care here could be improved immensely. Please please please make sure your doctors are on time or have arrived because there are lots of different patients that are waiting to see them and we have to queue. Honestly you’re wasting our time if you’re having us wait here for long periods of time and the doctor isn’t even here yet. Giving such a bad bad first impression towards me and my family. Improve your service!!!!!!
