  I had a fairly good experience at Santa Maria Hospital. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the hospital environment felt clean and well organized. The doctors explained the medical situation clearly. The waiting time can sometimes be a bit long when the hospital is busy, but overall the service is professional and satisfactory.   I had a great experience at RS Santa Maria Pekanbaru. I accompanied my mother for her medical check-up, and we're treated with great care. The service was excellent and the medical team was very helpful (especially the pharmacist). I'm really happy with how they looked after my mother. Great job!

  From the moment I walked in the hospital, I was delt with the kindness and care. I didn't have to wait 2 minutes to be seen by a doctor or a nurse. The standard is far superior to the UK. I will definitely use this hospital again. Thank you Santamaria Hospital.
