  I really want to be angry, my parents came all the way from you, because they were told to refer there from Rantau Prapat Hospital. Arrived at this hospital on November 10, 2025 morning at around 5am, but the specialist doctor came at 3 pm, then entered the room at 20pm, then the liver scan results were only released tonight At 8 o'clock and I was told to refer again to the hospital Adam Malik. Is your doctor there working like this? You don't use your logic to refer to Adam Malik where Saturday and Sunday there are no specialist doctors available because it is not during working hours. After I saw the print scan results like ordinary paper, but it had to take 3 days and then told me to move the reference because I didn't have the tools. You as a doctor should feel the pain of a patient. 👎

  Good hospital. But for a newcomer, I think that it's difficult to find the department parts because there are less clue/sign to show the department.

  I m so disappointed and upset with the services here. I brought my grandma here last week to do lung scanning. Then the doctor asked me to come back next week and so i did. 7 march 2018, i register to meet doctor to see the result of the scanning. 12pm i already register and i was told that the doctor will come at 1pm and so i waited. The doctor came late at around 3pm. I keep waiting because the que also very long. I wasnot given que number and the nurse from register place asked me to go upstair to lung clinic and wait and i did. I wait until 5pm and feel waited for too long . So i asked the nurse if she can help me to see my scanning result only. The nurse ignore me and asked me to wait. How long do i need to wait for this scanning result ? Scanning result takes 5 hours ?? Are all the nurse there never learn to read ? The answer to my scanning result is positive tumours or no . Just 2 answers. And i asked the nurse again to help me ask the doctor and the nurse with her high tone tol
