    As a tourist I would not go here again. The doctor seemed to be capable and she was nice, but I thought the nurses were rather unprofessional. I get that tourists/Europeans are a rare sight in Medan, but I really didn’t feel comfortable when about 8 nurses stood around me and made pictures and videos of me while giggling. Usually I’m always up for a picture or conversation, but I felt really sick and horrible and scared and it made me feel like I wasn’t being taken seriously. I was asked for pictures with the staff and one of the nurses was filming me when my blood pressure was being measured, without asking me for consent. If a patient comes into a hospital, I feel like they should be treated professionally even though they look different than you expect them too. If I needed a doctor again, I would probably opt for the international hospital, also because the English there is probably a bit more advanced!

    I glad to those services of the nurses, they kind, and care, eventhoug less smile of, about these patience, the food service menu are good taste, and all the cleans condition of this room. Every Nurses get smile always for us, thank you for the best since i,ve been here. I do really appreciate for this one, it is because of i combine to the last era, before the covid one. May God bless all of us. I am being better right now. Horas

    I wanted to take medicine from the farmasi. But they ask me to buy from the outside. And I told them I will pay instead of buying from outside.but they insist they can't give me the medicine that I want. When I ask them why I can't but from here! The staff said they don't know the price.what funny answer is that. How can you guys don't know the price when you work there. Disappointed with their service. Other than that is okay.
