    When we needed some emergency medical treatment, we asked around and were recommended RS Kharista Bakti. Upon arrival, we were admitted straightaway and the registration was done concurrently. We only waited a few minutes before the doctor saw us, and a short wait for the medication. The staff were attentive, even to the Satpam who helped to make sure that we got into the car safely. The price of UGD visit was very reasonable, hopefully the medication works well.

    I am a tourist from Singapore and had food poisoning in Pontianak, went to this hospital and the doctor called Grace was quite efficient in serving me and was able to speak english fluently(I'm unable to speak Indonesian). I recovered after an injection that she gave me and I'm definitely feeling better now. However it is slightly costly, the jab costs Rp230k(S$23).

    NEVER EVER go to this horrible hospital!! It’s nightmare!!!!! I was been this hospital today. My baby was very sick. I ask the reception is that have a doctor specialist for baby? They said they have but have to wait around 5pm (If I not wrong) they tell me to bring my baby to UGD and I tell them my baby sick Bla Bla Bla. They not straight away to check my baby and they just said I have to pay for the room first. And they said I just have 2 option for the room. Standard & Vip. I was hear from them say something about room. I said I don’t want to pay the room, you have to check my baby first. If happen with my baby I will pay the room. But please check my baby first. You guys know what they said, if I came to UGD I have to pay the room first. WHAT THE HELL!!!!! Is mean like If I’m not quickly move to another hospital, maybe baby died.
