The nurses told me to fill this. So here goes nothing. Access is good for disabled on a wheelchair. There are lanes that you can use. Though the stairs can be quite steep for the elderly. For both cases the securities won't just stand idle. They will proactively assist you. There are also two elevators. The ambulance service is good. They will help you from your bed to and from the hospital. No additional cost except the one that you pay to the hospital. Of course if you want to give more, that's up to you, the driver isn't expecting any. The nurses are generally kind and helpful. Emptying your urine bag, making sure your IV is working properly, helping you with your meal, cleaning up, clothing, changing diaper, though some people will do some things differently, for example rushing when putting clothes on you or changing diapers. Hence consider to do things yourself if some details matter to you. You may expect professionalism, which they will deliver, but humans are humans with prob

I feel bad about the way they manage the environment. 1. This is Covid season, visitors aren’t aware about social distancing, the hospital can manage it by putting one person to become the police of the protocol. 2. You come to hospital because you sick and wanted to see the doctor. It’s really hot here and they turn off the air conditioning while this hospital full of people’s that waiting for the queue. Can you imagine how stressful you are when you sick and being here?
