  They are not ready yet for any reservation system put to order. Booked the treatment by reservation to have facial at 12 and arrived there 15 mins earlier, as instructed by them. But then had to wait for more than an hour since I was put to the normal walk-in queue. Then why bother creating reservation feature on your app? I went there with expectation that I'll have my treatment as soon as I arrived. I don't have time all day to wait for my turn, I am not there to waste an hour of my time just to wait. Not all of your customers can afford their time to wait after making a break in their schedules. If you are not ready yet for the system. Don't do any reservation then.

  not very satisfying workers dont make me feel goof like i should (idih) but I understand bcs they look tired i barely have skin problem, just some sebaceous filament thats showing but they make it as if i never took care of my own face. i mean what is that? calling someone ugly to gain their insecurity eh? sorry your approach didnt work on me
