    Efficient and good service. If we have to queue at registration, doctor's examination room and pharmacy, that's just normal as in other hospitals. The doctors are good, communicative and responsive. Keep the good work and even better.

    I would like to share my experience and provide feedback on my regular visits to Elisabeth Hospital for my mother's check-ups. While the medical care received at the hospital has been satisfactory, I must express my disappointment with the registration services. In particular, I found the behavior of the registration staff to be less than welcoming. It is important for customer service representatives and registration personnel to embody the friendly face of the hospital. Unfortunately, some of the staff members I encountered were not only unhelpful but also displayed discourteous behavior. When patients approached them with inquiries, their responses were curt, and I even witnessed instances where patient files were handled with little regard, being tossed onto the table. This kind of conduct creates a sense of discomfort and unease for patients, who are already in a vulnerable state due to their illness.
