I'm quite disappointed with the reservation system at this clinic. I made a reservation in advance expecting a more organized process and a guaranteed appointment order, but it seems that patients who arrive earlier can still be prioritized ahead of those with reservations. If this is how the system works, then the purpose of making a reservation becomes unclear. The only noticeable benefit appears to be a small discount, while there is no real assurance regarding service timing. I hope the clinic will review and improve its reservation policy to provide a fairer and more reliable experience for patients.
