  I'm writing this review because I experienced service from one of the clinic's staff members who was less than courteous to the patient & their family. Even though the patient's using BPJS, which is a paid service, not free, they should be entitled to courteous service. Working in the healthcare sector means being the first face the patient sees. A friendly attitude, kind words, & empathy are fundamental qualities every staff member should possess. Patients should never feel ignored or treated condescendingly. Friendliness, clear communication, & professionalism are not optional, they're part of the job. After all, people come not just to get medicine, but also to feel comfortable & appreciated.
