  Overall, I would say the service in this hospital was good. The nurses and doctors were all very friendly and helpful to my family. However, there were several reasons that I could not give 5 stars and I believe these suggestions can be rooms of improvement for it. 1. The Aster Chamber in which in wife was taken care of had quite a lot of mosquitos flying around despite the ever-blowing air conditioner. Please make sure the hospital staff address this matter so that their patients won't find themselves recovered from their illness and got a dengue fever for a change. 2. The dripping AC water in the Aster Chamber must be directed somewhere else but the floor. It wets the floor and can potentially injure their patients and their family members. I believe the hospital staff are well-aware of how many people end up hospitalized after slipping off wet toilet floor.

  The biggest and the most complete hospital in Samarinda. All health facility is mostly available and good. But it's really large, too large. It's really tiring to go from the parking to the inpatient room. The nurse use bicycle to go around the hospital. Some people said that the system is too complicated. This hospital is big but the service is not at that level. Sometimes you have to buy prescribed medication on your own. That just really lazy service. Dirgahayu Hospital is far better in term of service and hygiene.
