The staff, security and nurses are mostly harsh, rude and arrogant! I now live in Bali and the services of the hospitals here are excellent. If I can compare, your hospital feels like hell and the ones in Bali are heaven! You are selling services, especially at the hospital where people need it the most! People who go to your hospital are already stressed out, and you give them extra burdens, disrespect and rudeness! Being nice to people is a wonderful thing to do and it costs you zero Rupiah!
