  Kimia Farma Sanur has pretty good doctors and nurses and a clean facility, however the new location and building is not patient-friendly. Not sure how they think using a 3-storey shop house would be a good idea. It only has stairs to access the floors, so it is difficult for old people, not safe for children, and I can't imagine being very sick and having to go through the stairs alone. It now has more seating area, but the "apothecary" is now only comprises of a small desk.

  As I was concerned about a friend's health, he allowed me to sit-in on his appointment with Dr Made Lusiartini. The doctor coped well with the situation and was able to allay my worries, speaking in English with an excellent bedside manner. (Fortunately, Things were not as serious as I'd feared.)
